My First Obe

I m 15, I had This really scary and strange dream. A few days back. So. Like I was sleeping and suddenly out of nowhere I felt this huge weight that was put on me like it was not the weight of an object or something. It was something intangible and this weight was as in. You know? When the soul tries to leave your body and you just can't move your hands or anything, its just your body left. That kind of the weight! Like I tried my best and switched on the light that was near my bed. And suddenly it felt like the soul left my body and I literally saw myself sleeping there! I felt so horrified and so scared. But I didn't try to stop this or anything. I have a mirror near my bed. And when I looked into it it was all blank just void, I just didn't see myself and after that I don't remember much like I roamed in my own room for a few minutes (which in the dream might have been a few seconds!). Like I like knowing about this stuff so I used to talk about ghosts and paranormal experiences and OBEs to my aunts and discuss with them... So once she told me that in OBEs the soul has to come back to the body real quick, else some other spirit might enter your body or maybe try to! And then suddenly I had this thought in my mind (like when my soul was outside of my body) and my soul came back to my body. And then all was normal like then I switched off the light near my bed and fell asleep (this was all a dream! But it felt so real).

So like I have two aunts who usually have had these kind of experiences. So I shared this with them the next day. They told me that there is just nothing to be scared of. Maybe your soul is trying to guide you so just next time if this happens just try not get scared just let it happen. I surfed the net and I found this site and read about some people having similar experiences so I thought of sharing this, maybe I would get some more info. Related to this!

I just want to know. Why exactly did this happen to me? Is there any reason? And once this has started will I get these types of experiences again after sometime?

I hope someone would help me figure this out!

Just try to feel the power of your spirit, their are no limits! You can do any thing like travelling future and past, have you seen dragon ball z,goku creates energy balls that are too powerful. We can do stuff like that too. Obviously not like him we can not create such energy in physical world because that's against the rules of physics but we can make them in spritual or astral world and bring that energy to phisycal world. Not only distructiv energy but also creative and healing energy. Try it 😊

That was quite a good experience, as far as I know, it was not a dream, you did astral projection, sometimes it happens without you knowing it, just like you were describing that you were unable to move and felt weight, it sounds like you were in sleep paralysis and that time, astral projection took place, your soul came out of your body, and while you are out, your body is attached with a silver cord which cannot be broken while you are alive, and no one can jack our body no matter how long you stay outside, and there is nothing to worry about, you can again do it at your own will, there are a lot of techniques of astral projection and keep your vibrations high... There are some nasty entities in the astral world, but don't let them scare you they can't possibly harm you, you can simply ask them to leave or the best thing is that remember your God or guardian angel to ask for protection. You can freely explore anything and fly anywhere as you keep practicing it, you will be able to travel through times, dimensions and even planets, you can teleport and visit your friends too, and don't get scared, at first, it seems scary, I am also new in it, I did it 2 times I was scared both times as second time, I encountered an unknown entity I immediately came back to my body that time...
